Register Now! ~ The LYO Spiritual Retreat ~ April 20-22, 2007
 
If you love camp, this event is for YOU!  The LYO Spiritual Retreat is
unlike any other youth gathering. Not only is it designed for 6th?12th grade
students, but it also offers many outdoor activities and games for
participants!
 
This year, we are pleased to announce that Lutherhill's MATT KINDSVATTER
will be our guest speaker!  Get ready for an event which challenges you to
go deeper in your faith and practice spirituality.  Also, we have planned an
evening of fun on Saturday night...we promise, you won't be disappointed!
 
Who: 6th-12th Grade students and adult sponsors
Where: The AMAZING Dry Creek Camp (www.drycreek.net)
When: April 20-22, 2007
Cost: $105 per person (An Early Bird discount of $20 per person is
available?to qualify, register your group and mail in all necessary forms on
or before March 15, 2007.)
 
Registration Information:
Registration for the LYO Spiritual Retreat is open online at www.soggyshoes
org.  Registration for this event will be done online by the congregation's
youth minister or adult sponsor using a pre-assigned Username (the
congregation's ELCA ID#) and password.  Please contact us at
yfm@gulfcoastsynod.org for this information.  Enter each person's
information and then print out a Registration Summary Page for signature. 
After the data for each person has been entered the youth minister will
assign students to small groups and then print out a Cover Sheet used to
help organize the forms and payment for mailing to the synod office.
 
Forms and payments mailed by March 15, 2007 (Early Bird postmark deadline) will make the group eligible for the Early Bird discount of $85 per person. Online registration closes March 28, 2007.  Postmark deadline is Thursday, March 29, 2007.
 
Registration Tip:  Use a Worksheet, available at http://www.soggyshoes
org/files/forms/GroupRegistrationWorksheet.doc  to get an early commitment
from your group and collect the data you will need to enter online.

Cancellation Policy: Participants who cancel on or  before Monday, April 9,
2007 are entitled to a full refund. There are NO refunds after April 9, 2007
