Smyrna Presbyterian Church was again the setting for this year's Mission Trip/Work Camp.  We left Chalmette on June 25 and returned July 3.  We spent time building a ditch, painting, and doing tasks that people who are less fortunate than us could not do on their own.   In the  photo below, PJ took some time out for a photo with his crew.

In this photo, Joey is working on a house that he was painting.  Be careful with that ladder!

After a hard day at work, it was refreshing to come back to the camp to have some great cooking and cool off in the pool.  Here is Jas and one of his friends, Shannon, "hanging" out in the pool.
